Visit the Museum the second Saturday of each month for uniquely themed programming geared towards everyone – children to adults – with free admission.

We will celebrate Women’s History Month by showcasing some of the great women from Oklahoma! We will highlight the accomplishments of Hall of Fame members Jane Jayroe Gamble, Wilma Mankiller, Reba McEntire, Nan Sheets, Sharen Jester Turney and Alfre Woodard.

This Saturday’s activities also include:
– Guided Museum Tours
– Children’s craft
– Artist Spotlight | Artist market including Christie Owens, Christin Hackler, Brandi Downham, and Debra Ashley of Fringe: Oklahoma Womens Art Organization.
–Local food truck | G’s Chili company
– Conversation Series | 10:30 – 11:30 am
Join us for a panel discussion, led by women from across Oklahoma. Moderated by Kelsey Karper, co-founder of Current Studio, “Defining Success,” will discuss the panelists personal views on success and reflect on their accomplishments.

Our panelists are:
– heather ahtone, the James T. Bialac Associate Curator of Native American and Non-Western Art for the Fred Jones Jr. Museum of Art
– Jennifer Grigsby, Executive Vice President – Chief Financial Officer of Ascent Resources, LLC.
– Representative Cyndi Munson, Oklahoma House of Representatives District 85

All Youth Art Show & Craft Fair

Artful Tours for Fours & Fives

Look, listen, and share ideas while exploring Native American stories and art. Movement, drawing, and other gallery activities provide everyone the chance to participate. Make a bead-and-bone necklace to take home. Other siblings are invited to come along, but the program is age-appropriate for 4 and 5 year olds. Free to Museum members or with Museum admission. Offered on the second Saturday of each month through May with a new theme each session.

Spring Break 2017 at Orr Family Farm!

Come play at the Farm this spring break! Farm admission includes train ride, carousel, animal barn, pedal cars, jumping pillows, farm fun yard, hay mountain, giant slide, play areas and more!. Optional add-ons include the zip line, pony rides and mining for gems.

Open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. March 11 and March13-18.
